Pope Road, Hayden, Idaho between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The District will accept sealed bids on this equipment at its office until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 2, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids must be under seal and the outside of the envelope plainly marked with the name of the piece of equipment you are bidding on (for example: One (1) 2001—Ford F550 VIN# 1FDAF57F01EA04074 (PU022)). If bidding on more than one item, each item needs to be under separate bid. The bids will be considered at the Board's regular meeting on October 6, 2025, which begins at 5:30 p.m. Successful bidder must pay for the purchase by cash, money order or cashiers check made payable to the Lakes Highway District within 5 days of the award. The equipment must be removed from the District's premises within 5 days after payment unless prior arrangements are made. The award will be made on the basis of the highest responsible bid in the best interest of the District as determined by the Commissioners and their judgment shall be final. The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidder relies on their own judgment as to the condition.
